Semi-Private Training (3-8 people)

Come join others and learn to maximize results in a group setting. You'll be instructed by myself and one other trainer to make sure you're performing at an appropriate level. Have fun with others while you learn!

Private Training (one-on-one)

One-on-One training is for anyone who wants individual attention. Before and during your session, we can focus on any needs you may have in achieving your fitness goals. This hour is just for you!

Bootcamps

The FIRST 40 minutes of EACH session is my BOOTCAMP portion. These 40 min are all about the BURN and can be modified for any level. We will cover cardio, agility, balance, and much more! The price for the BOOTCAMP portion is LESS than a full session. Great bang-for-your-buck! Please email me for details/questions.

Tabata / 30-30's / 2:1 High Intensity Interval Training

The above mentioned formulas are specifically designed to get more calories burned in a shorter period of time! Shake up that metabolism, push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Get away from the steady-state cardio. These protocols have been proven to keep your metabolism revved up for 48 hours post-workout!

Body Analysis

Too many of us focus on the WEIGHT part (number) and not what you're composed of. In my 30 minute consultation, I use a SCAN-SCALE to measure: weight, bodyfat, internal/organ bodyfat, muscle mass, hydration level, bone mass, and finally, YOUR HEALTH AGE. This tool allows us both to discuss and prescribe a proper path for your fitness goals. This takes about 25-30 mins and the cost is $25. The fee is applied towards any package of sessions purchased. A win-win!

Diet and Nutrition Advice

While not a nutritionist, I've been a trainer long enough to see why we are an overfat nation. I like to use the simple solution of "you bite it, you write it". This way we can make cleaner choices with your diet. It's not about eating LESS, its about eating RIGHT!

Semi-Private schedule

  • Monday and Wednesday - 8:00 am
  • Tuesday and Thursday - 7:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
  • Friday - 8:00 am
  • Sunday - 10:00 am - Note: This is an extra or make-up session. By appointment only!

All Semi Private and Private sessions consist of cardiovascular, resistance, core, balance, agility and speed. Everything can be modified to tailor one's own fitness goals. Body analysis, building a better diet, and goal setting is all included in my sessions. About Gina

Hi, this is Gina Rolow, B.S., CSCS, owner operator of Body By Gina Professional Personal Training Services. I have over 28 years experience in making people of our great town of Bakersfield become healthy, fit, strong, agile, and overall taking them to the best physical condition of their life. I believe that all functional movements begin and end with a strong core. Every move I teach engages the core to some extent. I am also a proud educator of fitness to CSUB students!

My new studio is located at 4000 Fruitvale Ave, Ste #10. I offer semi-private (3-8 people) Private (one-on-one) and bootcamps, which consist of high intensity interval training, and using one's own body weight. I've been voted Favorite Trainer of Kern County in 2013 and 2014, respectively, and BEST TRAINER in Kern County in 2015.
