Boot Camps can take on "any meaning". But with Body By Gina's boot camp, I focus on HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training. The session is only 45 minutes long and can be performed at any level. Come get your burn on!
HIIT allows you to get more work done in a shorter period of time than steady-state cardio. Tabata is a type of HIIT that focuses on 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeating for 4 minutes. It's fast, intense, and fun!
Lets discover where your fitness level is from "the inside out". The body scan is done on a scale and takes about 20 minutes. The results are a critical tool for myself as a trainer, and you as the client in placing you with the right exercise prescription. Fee is $10 and is refunded when you sign up for sessions. A win-win!
While not a nutritionist, I've been a trainer long enough to see why we are an overfat nation. I like to use the simple solution of "you bite it, you write it". This way we can make cleaner choices with your diet. It's not about eating LESS, its about eating RIGHT!
